Dilly Green Beans

Ingredients

Green beans10 cups
Vinegar, apple cider3 cups
Water3 cups
Salt, kosher2 tablespoons
Sugar, white5 tablespoons
Dill4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Bring water, vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil in a small pot.
  2. Place green beans and dill in a large bowl. Pour pickling liquid over vegetables.
  3. Marinate 1-2 hours or refrigerate up to 3 days.
