Ingredients
Prunes | 3 pounds |
Nut butter, creamy(peanut, sunflower, almond) | 1¾ pounds |
Vanilla extract | 2 teaspoons |
Oats, rolled, dry(1 pound 10 ounces) | 1⅝ pounds |
Crispy rice cereal, whole grain(6½ cups) | 6 ounces |
Cranberries, dried | 1½ pounds |
Instructions
- Pulse prunes in a food processor until minced.
- Thoroughly mix vanilla, peanut butter, and prunes.
- Combine oats, crispy rice, and cranberries.
- Mix prune mixture with oat mixture with gloved hands.
- Form into balls with #40 disher (1.6 tablespoons per ball).
