Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

Cauliflower6 pounds
Oil, olive, salad or cooking½ cup
Bread crumbs, Italian2 cups
Garlic powder1 teaspoon
Salt, kosher½ teaspoon
Cheese, Parmesan, grated⅔ cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cauliflower and olive oil in a large bowl/hotel pan. Toss to coat.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to combine.
  4. Pour onto baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until cauliflower is tender. Rotating half way through if needed.
