Ingredients
| Buttermilk | 3 ¼ cups |
| Lemon juice | 4 teaspoons |
| Yogurt, low-fat, plain(1 ¼ cups) | 10 ounces |
| Sour cream, low-fat(½ cup) | 4 ounces |
| Mayonnaise, low-fat(1 ⅔ cups) | 13 ounces |
| Onion powder | 2 tablespoons |
| Garlic, granulated | 2 tablespoons |
| White pepper, ground | ½ teaspoon |
| Chives, fresh | ¼ cup |
| Parsley, fresh | ¼ cup |
| Smoked paprika | 1 teaspoon |
| BBQ sauce | 1 cup |
Instructions
- Combine buttermilk and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Allow mixture to set for 10 minutes.
- Blend yogurt and sour cream into the buttermilk mixture. Let mixture set for 5 more minutes.
- Add mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic, granulated, pepper, chives, parsley, smoked paprika and BBQ sauce. Mix with a wire whisk for 2-3 minutes until blended.
- Cover, label and refrigerate until served.
