BBQ rubuse BBQ seasoning in linked recipe here | 4 cups |

Instructions
- Preheat Rational oven to roast chicken setting.
- Place thawed chicken on sheet pan ( make sure to separate leg and thigh from breast pieces). Use BBQ seasoning to rub the spices on each piece of chicken.
- Place oven probe into the thickest piece on each tray and cook to internal temperature 165°F. When chicken is done, take random temperature from several pieces from each tray to ensure a minimum temperature of 165° F is reached.
- Once cooked, brush 1 oz of BBQ sauce per chicken piece and continue cooking at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until BBQ sauce is bubbling and caramelized.
