Bison Sliders

Ingredients

Beef, ground, rawno more than 20% fat5 pounds
Bison, ground, raw5 pounds
Salt, kosher2 teaspoons
Pepper, blackground2 teaspoons
Oil, olive2 tablespoons
Bunwhole grain-rich48 each

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, bison, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Work mixture with hands until ingredients are uniform.
  2. Form 48 even patties (about 3.33 ounces each).
  3. Heat olive oil on a griddle over medium-high heat. Place patties in batches and cook, about five minutes on each side (or to an internal temperature of 155° F).
  4. Serve patty on top of bun.

Recipe Notes

Note: To keep burger patties from drying out, add a small amount of water to tray, if needed.
