Lopez Island Hummus

Ingredients

Garbanzo Beans, canned(4 pounds, 5 ounces)4.313 pounds
Garlic Cloves8 each
Salt, kosher1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice½ cup
Tahini1⅓ cup
Parsley, fresh, chopped⅔ cup
Cayenne Pepper⅓ teaspoon
Olive Oil⅓ cup
Water(2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons)2.67 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Drain and grind garbanzo beans.
  2. Grind and combine all ingredients and chill to 40° F.
