Ingredients
Rolled Oats(1 pound 15 ounces) | 1.94 pounds |
Water, hot | 14 cups |
Butter | 2 tablespoons |
Cheddar Cheese, shredded | 2 cups |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Pepper, black, ground | 1 teaspoon |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Add oats to 4-inch-deep steamtable pan.
- Add hot water to oats. Cover with foil.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir.
- Re-cover and place in oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Whisk in butter, cheese, salt and pepper before serving.
