Burke County Mixed Fruit Mallow

Ingredients

Mixed fruit, del monte#10 can1¼ each
Mandarin oranges, port royal#10 can1¼ each
Maraschino cherries, monarch1¼ jar
Marshmallows, miniature1¼ bag

Instructions

  1. Partially drain all fruit.
  2. Gently fold together fruit and marshmallows.
  3. Chill to a serving temperature below 40° F.

Portion Size: Elem. 1/4 cup // MS & HS 1/2 cup

CCP: Store for service at an internal temperature below 40° F.

CCP: Keep leftover product chilled to below 40° F.
