Beans, black turtle, canned, solids and liquids(1½ gallons, 1 cup) | 1.5625 gallons |
Peppers, jalepenos, canned, chopped, solids and liquids(1½ cups, 1 tablespoon) | 1.5625 cups |
Peppers, sweet, green, raw, chopped | 3⅛ cups |
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped | 3⅛ cups |
Onions, raw, chopped | 3⅛ cups |
Garlic powder(¼ cup, ½ teaspoon) | 0.26 cup |
Italian dressing, reduced-calorie | 37-1/2 (2 tablespoons) |
Instructions
- Dice onion, red pepper, green pepper and jalapeno peppers. Measure amounts needed and mix together in a bowl.
- Measure uncooked corn and drained, rinsed black beans. Mix corn and black beans into pepper and onion mixture.
- Add garlic powder and italian dressing to entire mixture.
- Place ½ cup into bowls and serve.
