My Aunt’s Famous Meatloaf

Ingredients

Ground beef, raw7 pounds
Ground turkey, raw7 pounds
Oats, rolled7 cups
Salt, kosher½ teaspoon
Ketchup1¾ cups
Mustard, dijon7 teaspoons
Eggs, large7 each
Oregano, dried4 tablespoons
Parsley, fresh, chopped1½ cups
Garlic paste5 tablespoons
Onions, Spanish2 each
Carrot, finely chopped or grated(½ pound)2 cups
Ground pepper, fresh1 teaspoon
Tamari1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix beef, turkey, and oats.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Press into loaf pans or make individual ½-cup portions on a sheet tray lined by parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350°F until cooked through and browned on top.
