| Ground beef, raw | 7 pounds |
| Ground turkey, raw | 7 pounds |
| Oats, rolled | 7 cups |
| Salt, kosher | ½ teaspoon |
| Ketchup | 1¾ cups |
| Mustard, dijon | 7 teaspoons |
| Eggs, large | 7 each |
| Oregano, dried | 4 tablespoons |
| Parsley, fresh, chopped | 1½ cups |
| Garlic paste | 5 tablespoons |
| Onions, Spanish | 2 each |
| Carrot, finely chopped or grated(½ pound) | 2 cups |
| Ground pepper, fresh | 1 teaspoon |
| Tamari | 1 teaspoon |
Instructions
- Mix beef, turkey, and oats.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Press into loaf pans or make individual ½-cup portions on a sheet tray lined by parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F until cooked through and browned on top.
