Classic Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

Beans, garbanzo (chickpeas), canned(8 pounds, 8 ounces)8.5 pounds
Roasted red peppers2½ ounces
Garlic, raw2½ teaspoons
Salt, kosher1¼ teaspoons
Tahini (pure sesame paste)(1¾ cups, 2 tablespoons)1.875 cups
Water, cold(⅓ cup, 6½ teaspoons)0.468 cup
Lemon Juice, raw(½ cup, 2 tablespoons)0.625 cup
Oil, Olive, salad cooking(¾ cup, ½ tablespoon)0.781 cup
Cumin, ground1¼ teaspoons

Instructions

Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Taste for seasonings.
