Whole grain rich hoagie bun (2 ounce equivalent grains) | 50 cada uno |
Yellow mustard | 50 onzas |
Sliced ham | 4 libras |
Pickles, sliced thin, low sodium (4 on each sandwich) | 200 each |
Pulled pork | 4¾ libras |
Swiss cheese, sliced thin ½ ounce each (or sliced mozzarella) | 25 onzas |
Non-stick spray | según sea necesario |
Instrucciones
- Spray parchment lined sheet pan generously with non-stick spray.
- Spread mustard on the inside surface of the top and bottom buns and arrange the bottom bun mustard side up on the sprayed parchment lined tray.
- In each sandwich, place 1 ¼ ounces of ham on top of the mustard on the bottom bun.
- Top ham with 4 pickle slices.
- Place1 ½ ounces of pulled pork on top on pickles
- Place ½ ounce sliced Swiss cheese on top of pulled pork
- Place top bun on sandwich and spray the top surface ofthe bun generously with non-stick spray.
- Place another sheet of parchment on top of sandwiches and place 2-3 sheet pans on top of parchment paper to press down and compress sandwiches
- Bake until lightly browned and filling reaches safe internal temperature (approximately 10-12 minutes).
- Cut sandwich in half diagonally and serve
